The 30-year recertification service will include:

• A detailed report providing an overall evaluation of the building's structural integrity and electrical systems, including findings and potential concerns.

• If any concerns or issues arise as a result of the inspection, recommendations, along with methods of repairs, will be provided to ensure the building's safety and compliance with the code.
